Being a member of the DKG Young Ceramists Network is worthwhile for students (bachelor, master or doctoral) and technical students of all disciplines with a special interest in a future in the ceramics industry, research or in the sector of first-class suppliers. A free membership in the Young Ceramists Network provides close contacts with companies in the ceramics industry, research institutes or their suppliers at an early stage of the education.

Personal DKG membership free of charge
Precondition: You are a student (Bachelor's, Master's or doctoral student) or a technical student without a fixed income or professional employment.
As a member of the DKG Young Ceramists Network you can take advantage from a DKG-membership free of charge until the end of your regular period of study (degree/doctorate) or training. The fee for a student DKG membership on the above-mentioned conditions without membership in the DKG Young Ceramists Network at the same time is EUR 30.00 / anno.

The DKG association magazine cfi/Ber. of the DKG
The DKG member journal cfi/Ber. is published annually with approx. 6 - 10 issues. This technical-scientific journal is co-published by the DKG in cooperation with Göller-Verlag. The thematic focus is determined by application-oriented products and materials of the ceramics industry and its supplier industries. The journal informs our members about scheduled DKG events.

Events and trade fairs
DKG members can benefit from discounts on participation in all events organised or co-organized by the DKG. Besides the DKG annual conferences numerous further education seminars, specialist conferences and important trade fairs such as Ceramitec, Hannover-Messe, etc. are included.
